Geromatrix® Complete Essential Fatty Acids contains Omega-3 from the body oils of fish such as tuna, mackerel, cod and halibut, Omega-6 fatty acids from borage oil and safflower oil and Omega-9 oil from canola and flax (Omega-9 is a monounsaturated fat not considered essential but does play beneficial roles in human health).

Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) is an omega-3 fatty acid which plays a significant role in cerebella development throughout the life cycle, especially during the crucial period of fetal development and infancy. Gamma-linolenic Acid (GLA) is an omega-6 fatty acid used by most cells in the body to produce soothing PGE1 prostaglandins.
