SHIPPING

Geromatrix Nutraceutical Corporation ships all orders on in-stock merchandise within 3 to 5 days of acceptance into our order system via our Internet On-line store. Any merchandise not available for shipment will be backordered and shipped immediately when available. Standard shipping via USPS First Class mail will be used in most cases at no charge to our customers. This service usually takes anywhere between 5-10 business days. You can choose other shipping methods if you want your product to be received through a faster method. UPS and USPS Priority service are available on in-stock merchandise only and has nothing to do with the 3 to 5 day internal processing time which is standard under all circumstances. Geromatrix Nutraceutical Corporation will not be responsible for delays directly related to any carrier. Geromatrix Nutraceutical Corporation in some cases will use a third party to ship your order. This third party will be governed under the same policies we operate under. Your information will not be sold or retained by this third party for any reason what so ever.

RETURN POLICY:

Geromatrix Nutraceutical Corporation will take back any unopened product and issue you a store credit (minus shipping) for a period of 30 days passed the shipping date. We do not accept back opened bottles unless they are under recall. All returns must be pre-authorized and have an authorization number to be accepted. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 35% restocking charge and original shipping costs. Geromatrix Nutraceutical Corporation will not issue a refund for or accept back any opened or used products. Defective products can be sent back within 30 days of the shipping date for an exchange. You must receive an authorization number and send the product with the package in order to receive a replacement. NO CASH OR CREDIT REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE ON ANY PRODUCT FOR ANY REASON AS WE ONLY ISSUED STORE CREDITS TO BE USED AGAINST FUTURE GEROMATRIX PURCHASES. All defective products will be replaced at no charge.
